CHANGE FROM A SINGLE SUBSCRIPTION TO A BUNDLED SUBSCRIPTION:
Want access to both the Adapted Bible Curriculum AND the Teen & Adult Curriculum?
Sign up for the bundled subscription using the same billing email as your current subscription HERE.
Your current subscription will automatically be canceled when you purchase the bundle.
You will receive a prorated credit/discount for any unused time remaining on your current subscription.
Your new monthly or annual renewal date will be the date you purchase the bundle.
Important: A limitation of our checkout system is that the prorated credit is not visible before checkout. Your cart will display the full bundle price, but during processing, our checkout system will calculate and apply your discount automatically. The credit/discount will appear on your invoice receipt after purchase.
If your church requires an estimated total before approval, complete this form, and we'll calculate your estimated credit total and email you the information.
SWITCH FROM A MONTHLY SINGLE SUBSCRIPTION TO A DIFFERENT MONTHLY OR ANNUAL SINGLE SUBSCRIPTION
Cancel your current Adapted Bible Curriculum subscription (cancel via your customer portal/profile on your member dashboard or contact us).
Sign up for the subscription you’d now like access to, using the same email address that had previously been used for your account (so your login info stays the same).
Your new renewal date will be the date you purchase the new curriculum.
You have two options as far as timing:
Go ahead and cancel your current subscription and switch immediately. You'll continue to have access to the Adapted Bible Curriculum through the end of your current billing cycle.
Wait until you're closer to your renewal date before canceling and switching. You can find your renewal date in your Customer Hub/Profile. If you'd like us to look up your renewal date for you, email us at connect@specialneedsministryresources.com.
SWITCH FROM AN ANNUAL SINGLE SUBSCRIPTION TO A DIFFERENT ANNUAL SINGLE SUBSCRIPTION
Cancel your current annual subscription (cancel via your customer portal/profile on your member dashboard or contact us).
Sign up for the subscription you’d now like access to, using the same email address that had previously been used for your account (so your login info stays the same).
Submit a form request for a prorated refund for any unused time remaining on your original annual subscription. We process these refunds manually, so please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be initiated after you submit your request. Once your refund has been initiated, your access to the Adapted Bible Curriculum will be removed. If you want to retain access, a refund will not be given.
Your new renewal date will be the date you purchase the new curriculum.
